I own a CPR certification website - www.cprclass.org - and I would say that (in my opinion) cprtoday's program is a notch above first aid web. This is because they require that you take a test prior to becoming certified. This is not the case for first aid web. I would actually recommend against it for this language which is taken from their website: "If you are dissatisfied with the Material or the website for any reason, then your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue accessing and using the Site - ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED." ---

As far as our courses and cprtoday are concerned, we both offer a 100% guarantee on the courses. Of course I would recommend our site over theirs because they have stated that their courses are designed by distance learning professionals (but they do have an advisory board) and our courses are designed by Paramedics with real experience in the skills. Our CPR class also contains demonstration on a real person which is something that is difficult to find anywhere... I hope this helps... :)
